Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our services! Please review our booking policy carefully to ensure a smooth and professional experience. Booking Confirmation A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required at the time of booking to secure your musician or vocal artist. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. Cancellation Policy Free Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will be charged 50% of the total booking fee. No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours before the event without penalty, subject to artist availability. Rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the event may incur additional fees and are subject to artist availability. Additional Terms Any special song requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. Travel fees, if applicable, are non-refundable in case of cancellation. In the rare case of unforeseen circumstances causing the artist to be unavailable, a replacement will be provided, or a full refund will be issued.
