About Us

The Reconciliation Academy is a movement designed to train, develop, inspire and empower Creatives from all walks of life and skill levels to use their gifts and talents to change the world for the glory of God. The only way to be aware of, and effective in the gifts we have, is to be connected to the One who made us and gave us these gifts. TRA hosts creative workshops, group vocal sessions, private vocal sessions, retreats, etc, all in an effort to help Creatives be more knowledgeable of their gifts, which will help them operate in excellence and change culture.

Over the years, the team at The Reconciliation Academy has worked with different bands, ensembles, private students, music schools, worship teams and music/art departments to help develop and operate in excellence. Our team is experienced and professional. We not only teach musical education but also pay attention to building confidence and a sense of purpose in all our students.
